NexOliveTM is a natural antioxidant, GMO-free and is considered a food ingredient in organic quality. The fruits to be processed come from very old Tunisian olive trees (Olea Europa) whereby the processing and extraction of the important ingredient hydroxytyrosol, exclusively with water, takes place in France.

Application

Thanks to the naturalness of NexOliveTM and the perfectly balanced concentration of hydroxytyrosol and the stability in various pH-values, the extract offers a wide application in your savory & convenience recipes.

The content of hydroxytyrosol helps your salad dressing, mayonnaise or even your fresh soup, (Italian) sauce or pesto in the color stabilization and in the prevention of premature rancidity of your product.

When exposed to strong light, the active ingredient hydroxytyrosol protects for example the beta-carotene or anthocyanin in your product and ensures a rich color throughout the shelf life.
